These Terms & Conditions govern wholesale purchases and enquiries made with Madhur Fruit Market ("we", "us", "our"), a unit of Madhur Fruit, operating from Bhuj, Kachchh, Gujarat. By placing an order, visiting our shop, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Quantities
We deal in wholesale quantities intended for retailers, vendors, hotels, caterers and similar businesses. Orders can be placed by phone, email or in person. We reserve the right to set minimum order quantities and to decline orders that fall outside our normal wholesale scope.
3. Pricing
Prices are based on daily mandi arrivals and market movement, and are confirmed at the time of order rather than fixed in advance. Quoted rates are valid only for the order they are given against, unless otherwise agreed for standing or repeat orders.
4. Quality & Grading
All stock is hand-graded for size and ripeness before dispatch. Fruit is a perishable, natural product and minor variation in size, colour or ripeness within a lot is normal and does not constitute a defect. Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods at the time of pickup or delivery.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Orders may be collected from our Deshalpar shop or delivered within Bhuj, subject to availability. Delivery timing is agreed at the time of order and may vary with traffic, weather or vehicle availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed directly with the buyer at the time of order, and may be cash, transfer, or credit terms for established regular customers. Outstanding dues on credit orders should be settled within the timeframe agreed with us.
7. Returns & Complaints
Given the perishable nature of fruit, returns are handled case by case. Any quality concern should be raised at the time of delivery or pickup, or as soon as possible after, so it can be verified and resolved fairly.
8. Limitation Of Liability
While we take care in sourcing, grading and handling, we are not liable for losses arising from factors outside our control, including natural spoilage after delivery, improper storage by the buyer, or transport delays caused by third parties.
